• FAQ.. Can I cook the food beforehand and have your wait staff warm and serve it??
  
  This is precisely what we do for the majority of our clients. Although we can assist in coordinating and assisting with food caterers and chefs, in most cases our clients prefer to prepare their event menus (including the cooking) on their own or through a recommended Food Catering Service. We provide the wait-staff and bartenders to set-up, serve and clean-up on the day of your event.

  Simply give us a call at 586-775-7100 to schedule your party staff requirements. Be prepared to provide us with the date of your event, approximate guest count, and event location and party theme. We then proceed to prepare a customized proposal based on your event needs.
• Event Bartenders & Staff for Hire
  Throwing a party can be just as exhausting as it is rewarding. Often overlooked, a dedicated bartender /server will ease stress and create just the environment you’re seeking. Hiring a bartender is elegant and impressive; you’re guaranteed good drinks and a clean atmosphere. Additionally, a hired bartender tends to make your event feel more special, no matter if you’re throwing a casual neighborhood block party or the most luxurious black tie affair. Bartending service is a specialty of Black Bowtie Services.
• The BBT bartenders will have his/her own bar tools (shaker, strainer, corkscrew, etc.) but will not supply glassware, mixers, or alcohol. Attire is usually black slacks and a white dress shirt and Black Bow Tie unless otherwise requested. Call to discuss minimum party help booking time and allow for set-up and garnish preparation. Hourly fees are based on BBT services requested and whether gratuities will be allowed at the party.  Use our contact page for a quote and recommendations on how to save money and cut costs on your next party and corporate event. We will provide a written contract detailing your event specifics, requests, travel fees (if any), cancellation policy, dress code, etc. A deposit is due to save the date and the remainder is due at the completion of service.
